Bliss Farm & Retreat Center is a zen-like, mountainous retreat facility complete with cabins and bell tents, organic farm, and bed & breakfast nestled on over 50 acres in Western North Carolina. The owners, Kelly and Frank King, treat guests to freshly harvested, local foods, yoga, and outdoor activities showcasing the wonders of Barnardsville, NC. Bliss Farm & Retreat enlisted Mountain Laurel Digital to help increase quality guests, bookings, and to create a consistent message with strategic on-site content.
Specific aims of our partnership included:

Our team developed branding messages that position Bliss as not just a bed & breakfast, but as a destination for health & wellbeing.
We work with the Bliss founders to develop a monthly content strategy plan for newsletters and blog posts, weaving our designated keyword and persona research into this comprehensive strategy. Relevant blog content positions Bliss as a leading retreat center in WNC, and updates pertaining to the retreats, farm to table events, and exciting additions at the Bliss facilities keep return visitors engaged while also expanding Bliss’s ability to attract new, quality clients. Our blog ideation separates topics by targeted demographics, and they’re written to include keyword targeting insights that match each persona. Once a blog is written, we optimize the new pages with title tags & meta descriptions that align with the keyword strategy. The purpose is to increase organic traffic to the blog.
